Steps to make Naked Oat Noodle Fish

- 4. Transfer the large chunks of oat flour that have already formed on top to the panel so that the clumped ones can quickly cool down
- 5. Continue stirring the remaining ones that have not clumped, repeat the above process, and once they have clumped, place them on the panel to cool down. At this point, start making soup
