Steps to make Beans that do not rot
- 1. Wash the beans and remove the fascia.
- 2. Dice the green beans.
- 3. Put the beans into a bowl, add flour, salt, five spice powder, and chopped scallions, and mix well.
- 4. Put it into a steamer, boil the water and steam for 10 minutes. Remove the lid and flip it over with chopsticks, then steam for another 10 minutes.
- 5. Use chopsticks to loosen the steamed non rotten pieces and let them cool.
- 6. Pour oil into a wok, add egg mixture and stir fry until solidified. Then add scallions and garlic and stir fry until fragrant.
