Steps to make Black tea yogurt

  • 1. Ingredients: 2 packs of black tea, 1000ml of pure milk, 1 pack of yogurt mushroom powder, appropriate amount of honey, and a little crushed walnuts.
  • 2. Pour the black tea packet and half of the milk into the pot.
  • 3. Boil until slightly boiling, keeping the milk in a slightly bubbly state for 2-3 minutes.
  • 4. Turn off the engine, simmer until it cools down, then put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate overnight.
  • The next day, after boiling again, take out the tea bag and let it cool.
  • 6. Dissolve the yogurt mushroom powder with the remaining milk.
  • 7. Pour in black tea milk,
  • 8. Stir evenly.
  • 9. Put it into a container and cover it with a lid.
  • 10. Pour a small amount of boiling water into the rice cooker.
  • 11. Place a flat plate with tray cloth inside.
  • 12. Place the container containing the milk on a flat plate,

  • The next day, turn on the rice cooker,
