Steps to make Chopped Pepper Fish Head

1. Wash the big fish head and marinate it with salt and scallion ginger cooking wine for half an hour. Rinse thoroughly and let it dry before use.
2. Chop all scallions, millet, ginger, and garlic into small pieces and set aside.
3. Take a bowl and fill half a bowl with chopped chili peppers.
4. Add white sugar and pepper powder.
