Steps to make Homemade yogurt
- 1. Any brand of milk at home is acceptable.
- 2. White sugar.
- 3. This was purchased online. (I used Baishengyou, I think it's good)
- 4. Heat the stainless steel bowl and spoon in boiling water for ten minutes.
- 5. Pour out the water and add white sugar.
- 6. Pour in milk and stir well.
- 7. Add the mushroom powder and stir evenly.
- 8. Put a little hot water in the yogurt maker. (The weather is getting cold and needs to be released, around 40 degrees Celsius)
- 9. Put the stainless steel bowl into the yogurt maker.
- 10. Cover and ferment with electricity for 6-8 hours.
- 11. Let the fermented yogurt cool and refrigerate it in the refrigerator. (If you like to eat hot food, you can eat it directly, but online it is said that lactic acid bacteria within three to seven days are the best.)
- 12. Add some cereal or fruit to the refrigerated yogurt for a more delicious taste!
