    Steps to make Bowled Chicken

    • 1. Prepare your favorite dishes, slice potatoes, lotus roots, and bean slices for later use.
    • 2. Thread all the cut vegetables with bamboo skewers (you may accidentally poke your fingers here, so try not to cut them too thick when slicing).

    • 4. Pour the freshly served soup into Youjia seasoning and stir well.
