Steps to make Cantonese style bean paste egg yolk mooncake

  • 1. Vegetable oil, converted syrup, mixed with water
  • 2. Sieve in the medium powder
  • 3. Mix well, cover with cling film or damp cloth, and let it stand for one hour
  • 4. Soak the egg yolk in oil for a few hours in advance and remove it
  • 5. Preheat the oven at 150 degrees and bake for 5 minutes
  • 6. After cooling, wrap the bean paste around it
  • 7. Divide the prepared dough into small pieces, wrap them around the filling, and wrap them in a round shape
  • 8. Press into the mold, preheat the oven at 180 degrees, bake for 5 minutes, then take out the egg yolk liquid and bake for about 15 minutes
  • 9. After baking, let it cool, seal it and store it. After returning to oil, consume it.
