Steps to make Twice cooked pork
- 1. Put the pork belly into the pot, add cooking wine, scallions and ginger, and cook the meat until cooked.
- 2. Slice green and red peppers, ginger, garlic sprouts into sections, and separate the garlic white and leaves.
- 3. Wash the cooked meat thoroughly and cut it into thin slices.
