Steps to make Apple Rose
- 1. Wash the apples, remove the pits, and cut them into thin slices
- 2. Bring water to a boil, add an appropriate amount of sugar and lemon juice
- 3. Put the apple slices in, turn off the heat, cover with a lid, and simmer for a while
- 4. Once the apple slices become soft, drain the water and set aside for later use
- 5. Soften butter at room temperature and add powdered sugar
- 6. Mix eggs and low flour together
- 7. After kneading the dough by hand, divide it into 5 equal parts
- 8. Then rub it into a long strip
- 9. Flatten and roll out, then place 7-8 apple slices on top (try to place them in the middle of the dough, layer by layer)
- 10. Fold the bottom upwards and wrap it around the apple slices
- 11. Roll the dough from one end to the other, roll it into a rose, and place it in a mold
- 12. Complete them one by one and put them into the baking tray
- 13. Put it into a preheated oven, lower the heat by 200 degrees, raise the heat by 180 degrees, and bake the middle layer for about 25 minutes until the petals are slightly dry
