Pure milk and meat floss toast
Without adding a drop of water, knead the dough with pure milk and make toast with homemade meat floss. There are no additives, it is sweet and soft, safe to eat, and healthy to eat.

Steps to make Pure milk and meat floss toast

  • 1. Mix high flour, sugar, salt, milk, powdered milk, and eggs into a dough, knead until the sugar is completely blended, then add yeast and knead until a thick film is formed.
  • 2. Add corn oil in 5 portions (knead the oil and dough evenly each time before adding additional oil, gradually adding a small amount of oil to knead evenly), knead until fully expanded (forming a thin film).
  • 3. The dough will ferment for about 1 hour to double its size. Take out the dough and let it vent, knead it into a round shape, cover it with plastic wrap and let it relax for 20 minutes.
  • 4. Roll the dough into an oval shape.
  • 5. Fold left and right.
  • 6. Roll the dough back and forth into long strips, then roll it up from top to bottom.
  • 7. Place the shaped dough roll into a toast box and let it ferment until 8.5-9% full. Brush the surface with egg mixture and spread a layer of meat floss.
  • Preheat the oven to 140 degrees Celsius, with the middle and lower layers on high and low heat, and bake for about 35 minutes.
  • 9. After baking, immediately remove the mold and place it on the side to cool. After cooling, pack and seal it for storage.
