Steps to make Strawberry Jam Cheesecake
- 1. Lay the bottom and surroundings of the mold with oil paper.
- 2. Crush the cookies and greenhouse softened butter in a blender (if there is no blender, you can use a rolling pin to crush the cookies and mix them well with the blended butter).
- 3. Lay the broken butter biscuits in the mold, compact and flatten them, and put them into the refrigerator for refrigeration.
- 4. Add sugar and lemon juice to three whole eggs and beat them slightly with an egg beater (I beat them too hard and they looked too high when baked).
- 5. Add Italian whey and continue stirring until smooth and particle free.
- 6. Pour in rum and stir well until combined.
- 7. Pour the egg batter into the mold and spread it flat.
