Steps to make Korean style sauce soup

  • Soak shiitake mushrooms in salt water for half an hour to remove impurities and the flavor of the mushrooms themselves.
  • 2. Clean the onions and cut them into small cubes, peel and clean the potatoes before cutting them into cubes, also cut the tofu into cubes, and slice the shiitake mushrooms for later use.
