  • 1. Wash rapeseed thoroughly
  • 2. Cut off the head and eat separately, leaving the stem behind

  • 4. Wash the shiitake mushrooms and set them aside for later use
  • 5. Cut shiitake mushrooms, garlic, and ginger into small pieces for later use
  • 6. Prepare water starch and cut the meat into cubes for later use
