- 1. Wash the lotus root and cut it with a blade.
- Mix an appropriate amount of flour into a batter.
- 3. Mix minced meat with soy sauce and salt.
- 4. Use chopsticks to take a little minced meat and put it between two slices of lotus root.
- 5. Gently press with your hand to cover the lotus root slices with minced meat.
