  • 5. Scoop the prepared egg tart mixture with a spoon,
  • 6. Fill to 80% capacity
  • 7. Arrange the egg tarts filled with egg mixture
  • Preheat the oven to 190 degrees on high heat and 180 degrees on low heat, bake for 18 minutes
  • During baking, if you see the egg tart liquid bulging up, it's already baked. Don't overcook it
