Steps to make Fried lotus root clip
- 1. Chop pork puree and shrimp paste well
- 2. Add cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, white pepper, chicken powder, and sesame oil and mix well
- 3. Wash and peel lotus roots
- 4. Cut into thin slices
- 5. Take a piece of lotus root and add an appropriate amount of shrimp meat filling
- 6. Cover with another lotus root slice and apply a slight pressure
- 7. This is a pre made semi-finished product
- 8. I use tempura fried powder, mix well in a 1:1.5 ratio of powder to water
- 9. Wrap the sandwiched lotus root slices in the prepared fried flour paste
- 10. Heat the oil pot and fry the wrapped lotus root slices
- 11. Fry until golden brown, remove and use kitchen tissue to absorb surface oil
- 12. You can sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt and pepper powder on it
- 13. You can also dip in an appropriate amount of soy sauce
