Steps to make Congee with Lotus Leaf and Mung Bean
- 1. Ingredients: Green beans, lotus leaves, rice
- 2. Wash the lotus leaves, cut them into pieces, put them in a feeding box, and boil them in water. After the water boils, boil for about 5 minutes.
- 3. Take out the material box and put in the green beans soaked for 2 hours.
- 4. Soak the rice for 2 hours, add an appropriate amount of water and make rice slurry.
- 5. Cook over medium heat until the mung beans are cooked to perfection.
- 6. After pouring the rice slurry, keep stirring and place it in a sticky pot.
