Mid-Autumn Festival is coming. Last year, there was no oven and I had to buy mooncakes outside. You can eat homemade mooncakes this year, feel free to eat, and the taste is also good~

Steps to make Bean paste mooncake
- 1. Pour syrup, water, and corn oil into a large bowl and mix well
- 2. Sift in low gluten flour
- 3. Mix into a uniform dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest for 1 hour
- 4. First, divide the dough and bean paste into small balls in ratios of 3:7, 4:6, and 5:5. I have done all three ratios and think 5:5 is better. There is too much bean paste and I find it too sweet
- 5. Flatten the ball, wrap it with bean paste filling, and gently close the mouth
- 6. Slowly push and knead to make it round
- 7. Coat the outer layer with a small amount of flour and place the ball into the mold
- 8. Press firmly to remove the pattern from the mold. Preheat the oven in advance and bake at 180 degrees for 5 minutes to set
- 9. After taking it out, brush it with a layer of egg mixture and place it in the oven at 165 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes. It's best to eat it a day after baking
