Light Cheese Cake
I like the taste of light cheese that melts in my mouth, but I always feel that pure light cheese is a bit greasy. So I later found a recipe and changed it to light cheese with yogurt. The sour taste neutralizes some of the sweetness, making it much fresher to eat~~

Steps to make Light Cheese Cake

  • 1. Cream cheese softens at room temperature
  • 2. Then use an electric egg beater to beat evenly
  • 3. Add yogurt
  • 4. Stir evenly
  • 5. Add light cream
  • 6. Stir evenly
  • 7. Add egg yolks
  • 8. Stir evenly
  • 9. Sift in a mixture of low gluten flour and corn starch
  • 10. Mix well, cover with a layer of cling film, and refrigerate in the refrigerator for later use
  • 11. Add sugar to the protein in batches and divide into 6-7 portions
  • 12. Take 1/3 and add it to the cheese batter
  • 13. Stir evenly
  • 14. Then pour it back into the protein bowl
  • 15. Continue to mix well
  • 16. Pour the mixed cake batter into the mold and fill it with 8 minutes
  • 17. Insert a baking tray filled with cold water into the bottom layer of the preheated oven, place the cake on the second to last layer of the grill, and bake it using a waterproof method
  • 18. Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for about 70 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting open for consumption
