- 9. Sift in a mixture of low gluten flour and corn starch
- 10. Mix well, cover with a layer of cling film, and refrigerate in the refrigerator for later use
- 11. Add sugar to the protein in batches and divide into 6-7 portions
- 12. Take 1/3 and add it to the cheese batter
