Steps to make Cloud Mantou
- 1. Prepare the required ingredients.
- 2. Add an appropriate amount of warm water to the yeast and dissolve.
- 3. Add a small amount of water to the flour multiple times to form a slightly harder and smooth dough.
- 4. Take two small pieces of dough and add red and chocolate colored pigments respectively, knead well and set aside for later use.
