Steps to make Rural millet fruit

  • 1. Prepare all materials.
  • 2. Mix japonica Rice noodles and glutinous rice flour, and use hot water to knead Rice noodles into a dough.
  • 3. Cut small bamboo shoots, lean meat, and tomatoes into small cubes.
  • 4. Knead the Rice noodles into thin strips and cut them into millet.
  • 5. Add oil to the soup pot and stir fry all the side dishes with an appropriate amount of salt until cooked.
  • 6. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and heat it up.
  • 7. Add the millet fruit to the soup pot and cook together.
  • 8. Cook until the millet fruits float, then add an appropriate amount of chicken essence.
