Steps to make Always love you, fruit cake

  • 1. Take the eggs out of the refrigerator and put the egg whites into a plate that is free of water and oil.
  • 2. Add egg yolk to milk salad and 30g sugar, mix well by hand, then add pastry powder and continue to mix well.
  • 3. (Add the remaining 70g of sugar to the egg whites) Use an egg beater to beat the egg whites at low speed until they form small bubbles.   • 5. Pour the mixed batter into the mold and place it in a preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes before baking. Then pour it onto a cooling net.

  • 7. Cut the mango and cantaloupe into small cubes and set aside. Add 70g of sugar to the whipped cream in portions and beat at medium speed until there is no fluidity.
