Steps to make Xinjiang fried noodle slices
- After mixing flour and salt, add water and knead into a slightly softer dough; Then rub it into a long strip about the thickness of two fingers, apply oil to the surface, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it sit for 20 minutes.
