Steps to make Braised Tofu with Minced Meat
- 1. Prepare ingredients such as tofu, barbecue sauce, and minced meat.
- 2. Soak the tofu in diluted salt water and set it on a plate for later use.
- 3. Marinate the minced meat with barbecue sauce for a while.
- 4. Soak the sliced mushrooms and seaweed in clean water, wash and set aside.
- 5. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Steam the tofu in the pot for 10 minutes, then remove it and pour out the water from the plate.
- 6. Add oil to the pot and bring to a boil. Stir fry the minced meat until it turns color.
