Steps to make Homemade black jelly
- 1. Prepare black jelly.
- 2. Pour black jelly and kudzu powder into a bowl.
- 3. Add 250 grams of water and stir evenly until there is no granular dry powder.
- 4. Pour into a large pot.
- 5. Add 4 pounds of boiling water (start a new pot and boil the water), stirring continuously until evenly mixed.
- 6. Bring to a boil again.
- 7. Pour into a large plate and let it cool.
- 8. After cooling, cut into small pieces measuring 2-3cm square and refrigerate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- 9. Add ice water, honey, and cooked white sesame seeds to the cold noodles, stir well and serve.
