- 3. Use a knife to cut open the back of the shrimp, which can remove the shrimp thread and make it easier for the shrimp to taste during cooking.
- 4. Remove the shrimp line from the back of the shrimp.
- 5. Preheat the pot, add cold oil, add scallions and ginger slices, and stir fry until fragrant.
- 6. Pour in the processed shrimp.
- 7. Quickly stir fry to evenly heat it.
- When the shrimp turns red, add sweet, sour, and spicy sauce.
- 9. Stir fry well and add about 100 milliliters of water.
- 10. Cover and simmer over medium heat for a while.
