Steps to make Scallion flavored pork floss roll

  • 1. Put all ingredients except butter into the bread machine, start the kneading program, smooth it out, and add butter to knead until it reaches the expansion stage.
  • 2. Fermentation at room temperature to double the size.
  • 3. Take out the dough and exhaust it until it is round, then let it relax for 15 minutes.
  • 4. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into thin sheets the same size as the baking tray, and place them in a baking tray lined with oil paper.
  • 5. Let it ferment in a warm and humid place for 40 minutes, poke some small holes with a fork, brush the whole egg mixture, sprinkle with white sesame seeds and scallions.
  • Preheat the oven to 165 degrees Celsius, bake for 15 minutes, then take it out and place it upside down on the grill to cool.
  • 7. Place the side of the bread with scallions downwards on a parchment, and use a knife to make a few cuts on the back of the bread, but do not make them through.
  • Squeeze on salad dressing and sprinkle a layer of meat floss.
  • 9. Roll it up, wrap it in oil paper, let it stand for 20 minutes to shape, remove the oil paper and cut it into sections. Apply salad dressing to the cross-section, then dip it in minced meat.
