Steps to make Shrimp South Cake Stewed Egg
- 1. Nangao, Eagle Claw Shrimp, and Eggs
- 2. Remove the shrimp shell, pick off the shrimp line, and marinate the shrimp with salt, cooking wine, and pepper for 10 minutes
- 3. Mix eggs with cooking wine and salt to break them up
- 4. Add 1.5 times the amount of water and stir well
- 5. Slice the Nangao and put it into a glass bowl
- 6. Filter the egg mixture once
- 7. Steam in a pot
- 8. Cover it with a plate
- Steam for about 8 minutes, and the egg mixture has solidified. Place the shrimp on the egg custard and steam for another 5 minutes
- 10. Drizzle in sesame oil and light soy sauce, sprinkle some cilantro
- 11. Spoon up a spoonful of egg custard, smooth and tender, and add the soft Nangao for a richer taste.
