Steps to make Stewed Duck Skeleton with Yam
- 1. Blanch the duck skeleton and clean it thoroughly.
- 2. Cut some ginger slices with skin.
- 3. Put the duck bones and ginger slices into a pressure cooker and add an appropriate amount of water. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and press for 15 minutes.
- 4. While making soup, first peel and cut the yam into sections, blanch with water, wash and set aside.
- 5. Cook duck bone soup for 15 minutes, then open it and add yam to the soup. Cook for 15 minutes with salt (no need to cover and cook).
