Steps to make Carp and Radish Soup
- 1. Wash the crucian carp, mix 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine inside and outside, and marinate for 15 minutes.
- 2. Peel and shred the radish.
- 3. Slice ginger and chopped scallions.
- 4. Put the radish in an appropriate amount of water and boil it.
- 5. In a hot oil pan, fry the crucian carp until both sides turn golden brown, and stir fry the ginger slices while flipping over.
- 6. Put the fried fish and ginger slices into the radish soup and simmer slowly for 20 minutes.
- 7. Season with salt.
