Steps to make Carp and Radish Soup

  • 1. Wash the crucian carp, mix 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine inside and outside, and marinate for 15 minutes.
  • 2. Peel and shred the radish.
  • 3. Slice ginger and chopped scallions.
  • 4. Put the radish in an appropriate amount of water and boil it.
  • 5. In a hot oil pan, fry the crucian carp until both sides turn golden brown, and stir fry the ginger slices while flipping over.
  • 6. Put the fried fish and ginger slices into the radish soup and simmer slowly for 20 minutes.
