Technique
Steps to make Tomato braised tofu
- 1. Cut ginger, garlic, and scallion into small pieces, and diced tomatoes
- 2. Dry the surface of the tofu and cut it into small pieces
- 3. Heat the oil in the pot and deep fry the tofu over medium heat
- 4. Fry until the tofu skin turns slightly yellow, then remove and control the oil
- 5. Take a small bowl, add one tablespoon of oyster sauce, two tablespoons of soy sauce, and an appropriate amount of water to make a sauce
- 6. Add bottom oil to the pot, add ginger, garlic, and scallions, and stir fry over low heat until fragrant
