Steps to make Tomato braised tofu

  • 1. Cut ginger, garlic, and scallion into small pieces, and diced tomatoes
  • 2. Dry the surface of the tofu and cut it into small pieces

  • 4. Fry until the tofu skin turns slightly yellow, then remove and control the oil
