Steps to make Homemade oily tea
- 1. Stir fry black sesame seeds over low heat until cooked, and chop the dried fruits into small pieces.
- 2. Pour the flour into the pot and stir fry continuously over low heat.
- 3. This process is a bit slow, don't rush or leave, stir fry for about ten minutes until the flour turns light brown.
- 4. Pour in crushed nuts, sesame seeds, and oil.
- 5. Continue stir frying.
- 6. Stir fry until the oil is absorbed, and the dough lumps will shatter at a touch. This is the original flavor of oil tea.
- 7. After cooling, pack and seal for storage.
- 8. Scoop two spoons of noodle tea and bring to a boil. If you like salty oil tea, add a little salt, and if you like sweet oil tea, add some sugar.
