Steps to make Zhixin Shrimp balls
- 1. Prepare materials. Originally, it was a fresh shrimp, but on cloudy days, coupled with poor photography skills, I was forced to take pictures of it in a dark and lifeless manner, as if it were not fresh.
- 2. Shell the prawns, do not remove all of them, leave a small section in front of the tail, remove the shrimp line, wash thoroughly, and marinate with pepper and salt for ten minutes.
- 3. Wrap the whole body of the shrimp with starch.
- 4. Take a piece of cheese, cut it into four parts with a knife, wrap a small piece on the shrimp, and fix it with a toothpick (cheese will become slippery when touched with egg liquid, easy to fall off, and easy to leak when fried, doing so will fix the cheese).
- 5. Put it into the egg mixture.
- 6. Dip another layer of starch to prevent the cheese from leaking out.
- 7. Put it back into the egg mixture.
- 8. Wrap a layer of bread crumbs.
