Steps to make Hunan Snack - Sugar Oil Cake
- 1. Prepare glutinous rice flour
- 2. Take a small bowl and add brown sugar and rock sugar
- 3. Mix the glutinous rice flour seeds evenly with chopsticks while adding water. Mix them until they are moderately dry and thin, and knead them into dough
- 4. Add white sugar, honey, and an appropriate amount of boiling water and stir until the sugar particles are completely dissolved
