Use tomato hot pot seasoning, put different ingredients in order, and finally take out a pot in the kitchen. It's still the taste of hot pot, but the difference is that it's cooked together. Steps to make Tomato Fresh Pot

  • 1. Blanch broccoli for later use.
  • 2. Wash the silver fish.
  • 3. Prepare delicious ingredients, I made handmade fish balls myself, and also paired them with silver fish and squid. The squid is cut into flowers with a straight knife in the middle, which looks better.
  • 4. The vegetarian dish is prepared with soybean sprouts, shiitake mushrooms, taro and potatoes, as well as broccoli.
  • 5. Fried coriander and carrot balls, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, also use a few.
  • 6. Put lard in the pot and stir fry ginger slices until fragrant. Since there is no broth at home, I used lard, but other oils are also acceptable.
  • 7. Add onions and stir fry until fragrant.
  • 8. Add soybean sprouts and shiitake mushrooms and stir fry until fragrant.
  • 9. Add tomato hotpot seasoning and stir fry until red.
  • 10. Bring to a boil with water and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors of soybean sprouts and shiitake mushrooms to blend into the soup.
  • 11. Put in the silver fish, squid, and fish balls, immerse the ingredients in the soup, bring to a boil, and cook for 2 minutes.
  • 12. Finally, add the vegetarian meatballs and blanched broccoli to turn off the heat. A pot of delicious tomato flavored food is ready to serve.
