Steps to make Chicken small Wonton
- 1. Prepare ingredients
- 2. Cut scallions into chopped scallions
- 3. Put the eggs into a bowl and stir well
- 4. Heat the pan and add a small amount of cooking oil. Heat up and pour in the egg mixture. Spread it flat and fry until the egg skin is formed
- 5. Cut the Egg cakes into filaments
- 6. Chop the chicken breast into a paste shape
- 7. Add a small amount of egg mixture, scallions, salt, sesame oil, and oyster sauce
- 8. Stir evenly and apply upward force

- 12. Soup can be either high broth or hot water. I use hot water, and add a small amount of salt, sesame oil, scallions, and egg peels to the base broth. My little treasure doesn't like seaweed and shrimp that haven't been added. When I eat them, I add more seaweed and shrimp to make the taste more fresh.
