Steps to make Braised pork belly with seasonal vegetables
- 1. Scrape and wash the pork belly, cut it into pieces, and prepare the ginger slices.
- 2. Wash the carrots and shiitake mushrooms separately and cut them into rolling knife pieces for later use.
- 3. Brush the pan with oil and fry the pork belly until both sides turn golden brown. Remove excess oil from the pan.
