Steps to make Stewed Duck with Dried Beans

  • 1. Soak dry beans in water until soft.
  • 2. Cut into small sections.
  • 3. Cut the duck into pieces and add a little soy sauce, scallions and ginger, and five spice powder.
  • 4. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
