Steps to make Stewed Duck with Dried Beans
- 1. Soak dry beans in water until soft.
- 2. Cut into small sections.
- 3. Cut the duck into pieces and add a little soy sauce, scallions and ginger, and five spice powder.
- 4. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
- 5. Heat up the pan and add oil, then add the duck and stir fry.
- 6. Stir fry the duck oil.
- 7. Add scallions and ginger, dried chili, star anise, soy sauce, salt, and water, and bring to a boil over high heat.
- 8. Reduce heat and cover with a lid to simmer for 45 minutes.
