Steps to make Nanchang Flavored Chopped Pepper
- 1. Wash Xiaomi Pepper.
- 2. Wipe off water and let it dry.
- 3. Cut into small pieces.
- 4. Peel and cut garlic into small pieces.
- 5. Mix garlic and chili powder, mix well.
- 6. Add 40 grams of salt, which is about two tablespoons.
- 7. Add 10 grams of chicken essence (or not) and mix well.
- 8. Add 20 milliliters of sesame oil.
- 9. Add another 2 tablespoons of Baijiu.
- 10. Put them in a clean and dry container. Do not fill them all. Leave a little space. Before sealing, sprinkle a layer of salt on the surface and pour a layer of sesame oil and Baijiu (about 1 teaspoon of each kind, 1 teaspoon of 7.5ml).
