Steps to make Tear Youbing (Deep-fried round and flat dough-cake) by hand

  • 1. Mix an appropriate amount of flour (as there is no regular flour available, mix high gluten flour with low gluten flour), blanch 1/2 in hot water, add a small amount of cold water, and knead the dough into a long square shape.
