Steps to make Zhi Xiang Hamburger Steak
- 1. Chopped pork, bread crumbs, onions (chopped), shredded cheese
- 2. Mix the main ingredients and seasoning evenly (except for cornstarch)
- 3. Divide the mixed meat paste into two parts and trim it into round Rice-meat dumplings
- 4. Flatten the Rice-meat dumplings and spread dried flour on both sides
- 5. Heat up the wok, add oil, and fry the meat patties on both sides over low heat until cooked
- 6. Place the cooked meat patty on a baking tray and sprinkle with shredded cheese
- 7. Oven at 180 degrees, bake for about 15 minutes
- 8. Roast until the cheese shreds dissolve and the surface turns golden yellow
