Grilled Sausage and Mushroom Pizza

Steps to make Grilled Sausage and Mushroom Pizza

  • 1. Prepare the ingredients for stir frying pizza sauce. Peel the tomatoes and dice them, then chop the onions and garlic into small pieces.
  • 2. Prepare the ingredients for the pizza filling.
  • 3. Heat the pot and add butter until it dissolves.
  • 4. 200g of high flour, 3g of yeast (5g of white sugar and 90g of warm water should be added when making noodles).
  • 5. Mix the high powder with yeast, white sugar, and warm water, and stir first to form a floc.
  • 6. Knead into a smooth dough, cover it with cling film and let it ferment in a warm place.
  • 7. Make pizza sauce during dough fermentation. Heat the pot and add butter until it dissolves.
  • 8. Add diced onions and garlic, stir fry for 1 minute.
  • After frying the onions until fragrant, add diced tomatoes. After stir frying the tomatoes, add 1 spoonful of white sugar, black pepper, a little salt, an appropriate amount of tomato sauce, and pizza grass and stir well.
  • 10. Slowly stir fry over low heat until the sauce thickens, then turn off the heat.
  • 11. Take out the thawed mozzarella cheese crumbs from the refrigerator.
  • 12. Remove the fermented dough and exhaust the air.
  • 13. Knead it to its original size.
  • Roll into a round piece about the size of a pizza plate.
  • 15. Move to a pizza plate (non stick plate does not need to be brushed with oil) and shape it into a cake bottom with thick edges and thin center.
  • 16. Use a fork to gently fill the small hole at the bottom of the cake.
  • 17. Spread the pizza sauce that was just stir fried evenly at the bottom of the cake.
  • 18. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese evenly.
  • 19. Lay a circle of sausages, surrounded by blanched shiitake mushrooms in the middle, and sprinkle a little green pepper on top.
  • 20. Sprinkle another layer of cheese.
  • 21. Spread shredded onions and blanched green beans, corn, and diced carrots.
  • 22. Sprinkle all remaining cheese.
  • 23. Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius, middle layer, for 20 minutes. Then heat up to 20 degrees and bake for 5 minutes until the bottom of the cake is colored (depending on the individual's oven).
  • 24. Once completed, the delicious pizza is out of the oven.
  • 25. There's quite a lot of wire drawing, it's not bad!
  • 26. I am particularly satisfied with the pizza I made for the first time, and I still need to continue working hard!
