Steps to make Yam chicken pot
- 1. All ingredients are ready.
- 2. Wash the old hen and chop it into small pieces.
- 3. Put the chicken chunks into boiling water and blanch them.

- 5. Heat the pot and pour in a small amount of cooking oil.
