- 1. Wash the pork belly and cut it into slices. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, and white sugar evenly.
- 2. Add salt and stir well to marinate for 5 hours.
- 3. Put the rice into the pot, add ingredients, Sichuan peppercorns, and cinnamon, stir fry over low heat until cooked, and then remove.
- 4. Grind the fried rice into small pieces. The degree of fragmentation varies according to personal preference.
