I decided my friends were going to have a meal at the last minute, so I thought of bringing something. I originally wanted to make a bigger cake, but without fruit layers, it was too monotonous. So I thought of making a small mini cream cake, but the sugar beads for decoration were gone. So I thought of using chocolate to embellish it, but I didn't expect the finished product to be great. Moreover, I used black chocolate, which also enhances the taste.

Steps to make Black Chocolate Cream Cake
- 1. Prepare materials as shown in the diagram.
- 2. Add sugar in portions to the protein and beat until it foams.
- 3. Squeeze an appropriate amount of lemon juice to enhance the flavor.
- 4. Continue to beat until dry and foaming.
- 5. Add the egg yolk in portions and continue to beat until blended.
- 6. After blending, sieve the flour and add it to the egg batter.
- 7. Mix until there is no dry powder, then add crushed cranberries.
- 8. Add the batter to a baking tray with a paper tray.
- 9. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
- 10. Prepare light cream, powdered sugar, dark chocolate, and baked cake.
- 11. Mix light cream with powdered sugar until it foams.
- 12. Squeeze it onto the cake again, and finally decorate it with black chocolate.
