Steps to make Sunshine yogurt

  • 1. Once the milk is cooked, let it cool down to a temperature of 40-45 degrees Celsius
  • 2. Prepare your own yogurt. The previous one was made with mushroom powder, but this time you can use yogurt to make it directly. Generally, it can be served twice. If yogurt is reused multiple times, it may become too sour
  • 3. Pour the yogurt into the milk and stir repeatedly until evenly mixed.
  • I put the thermometer in the sun for half an hour
  • 5. Zoom in and see that it's exactly 40 degrees. That is to say, if the temperature is around 33 degrees, the temperature under sunlight is around 40 degrees, which is very suitable for making yogurt
  • 6. All bottles are sterilized by boiling water, then pour the milk mixed with yogurt into the bottle, cover tightly, and let it sit in the sun for 7-8 hours. I usually finish it around 10am and sun it until around 6pm in the afternoon.
  • 7. Sun the yogurt for about 8 hours, and it will be ready. Put it in the refrigerator and take it as you like
