Steps to make British style roasted beef
- After marinating the beef for 3 hours, tie it up with cotton rope.
- 2. Add a little oil to a flat bottomed pan and fry until both sides are colored.
- 3. Cut onions and carrots into small cubes, and peel garlic.
- 4. Then, put it in the oven and grill onions, carrots, and garlic next to it.
- 5.180 degrees, 30 minutes (depending on the size and thickness of the meat).
- After grilling, wrap the beef in aluminum foil.

- 8. Take out the vegetables that were grilled together just now and add the sauce from the previously marinated beef and the juice from grilling the beef.
- 9. Add a little tomato sauce, a little salt, and a little water, and cook until the sauce is ready.
- 10. Sliced beef (the moment the knife cuts it, it's so touching! The juice and a little blood seeped out).
- 11. Pour on the sauce and squeeze on some lemon juice. It's really hard to say it's not delicious!! Side dishes or not; Mashed potatoes, sprinkled with some basil leaves. Paired with mashed beans and beef, it's a perfect match!
