Steps to make English style tuna side dish - easy to make

  • 1. Put the tuna into a small bowl, pour in soy sauce, olive oil, and garlic. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Fine powder, this was purchased from our supermarket here. Domestic friends can use dry fine powder.
  • 3. Main ingredients: scallions (I raised them myself, haha), garlic, ginger to show your face.
  • 4. Cut ginger, scallions, and garlic finely, put them into a bowl, and squeeze in lemon juice.
  • 5. Squeeze, grind scallions, ginger, garlic, and stir until the sauce is well mixed
  • 6. Then pour in Japanese soy sauce and stir
  • 7. The sauce is ready
  • 8. The fine powder is soaked in boiling water and becomes soft
  • 9. Add fine powder to cold water, then pour it into the sauce and stir
  • 10. Use a fork to pick up fine powder and rotate it into a mallet

  • 15. Cut tuna into pieces or pieces, put them in a bowl, sprinkle almond chunks on a plate for garnish, and add a little Japanese soy sauce
