Steps to make Biscuit mousse

  • 1. Prepare digestive biscuits
  • 2. Put it in a fresh-keeping bag and roll it into powder

  • 14. Spread the cake mold again, cover it with mango cream, gently press it down and refrigerate for about 2 hours
  • 15. Repeat steps 10-14, grind another mango into puree, pour the puree into a pot, add gelatin slices, heat white sugar slightly, stir gently until the gelatin slices are completely melted, beat the whipped cream for about 6 layers, and turn the mixer to show obvious patterns. Mix the whipped whipped cream with half of the mango puree, stir evenly, cover it with biscuit powder, gently shake it evenly and cover it with cake mold, refrigerate overnight, and you can eat it the next day
