Steps to make Mango flower mousse

  • 1. Prepare ingredients
  • 2. Soak the gelatin slices in cold water in advance until soft, then add them to milk (mix and melt over water)
  • 3. Mix mango meat with 10 grams of milk to form a paste for later use
  • 4. Start the cooking machine and mash the mango meat for later use
  • 5. Add sugar to light cream and beat until slightly textured
  • 6. Mix mango milk mixture and whipped cream evenly
  • 7. Add melted gelatin and mix evenly
  • 8. Place a piece of cake at the bottom of the mold
  • 9. Pour in a layer of mango cream
  • 10. Add another piece of cake, pour in the remaining mango cream, refrigerate for about four hours, and gently press the surface to solidify.
  • 11. QQ Sugar Melts in Water
  • 12. Slice mango meat into mango flowers and place them on top of mousse
  • 13. Prepare five mango flowers in sequence
